3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to plan and deliver your trip, or as required by law:
Travel suppliers. Hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies, and other providers need your details to confirm and deliver your bookings. Some suppliers are located outside the United States, and your information will be processed under their privacy practices.

Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, document sharing, payment processing, and accounting providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
Legal requirements. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our clients, our business, or others.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies to operate the site and to provide analytics in addition to Google Analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
5. Email communications
We send them through Mailchimp and/or Squarespace to United States residents. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop messages about trips you have booked with us.
6. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. We collect payment details through secure links or directly through suppliers, and we do not store full card numbers in email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we encourage you to share sensitive details, such as passport numbers, only through the secure methods we provide.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as needed to plan and support your trips, to serve you as a returning client, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to:
Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct or update your information
